1. Product Details Three Discharge Modes
(1). Continuous Heat Preservation: After the capacitor charges and discharges rapidly, the PID control intervenes and switches the charging power supply for continuous heat preservation (discharge time: 30-100ms, heat preservation time: 0-500s).
(2). Stage-type Temperature Control and Heating-up: Directly use the charging power supply for heating to achieve stage-type temperature control and heating-up (rapid heating-up, and the stable temperature control time can reach 0-500s).
(3). Cyclic Charging and Discharging: After the capacitor charges and discharges rapidly, cyclic charging and discharging are carried out to form a thermal shock (the discharge time for each time is 30-100ms).
Applicable to Various Conductive/Non-conductive Materials
It can be used for flash Joule heating reactions of various materials such as various carbon-based precursors like carbon powder, metallic materials, polyethylene, rubber, glass, etc.
Data Collection
Collect voltage, current, temperature and discharge time in real time.
Data trend graphs are displayed, historical data can be queried, and there are functions of data storage and export (supporting USB export). Data is automatically saved in case of power failure.

(3). Control System
The touch screen and the control system communicate for integrated control (control of charging and discharging time, manual/ automatic switching control of vacuum pumping and protective gas ventilation, control of the start and stop of heat dissipation), as well as monitoring the operation status of various functions, temperature and the air pressure in the reaction chamber, making the equipment more user-friendly and visual.
