(1) Precise and Controllable Scientific Research-level Performance
High-voltage power supply: Independent control of positive and negative dual high voltages, with a current ≤ 1mA, ensuring the uniformity of fiber diameter (CV value < 5%).
Intelligent liquid supply system: An independent liquid supply cart adopts a precise pressurized liquid supply control system. The flow rate is continuously adjustable from 0 to 3000ml/h, driven by a servo motor with an accuracy of ± 0.5%.
Environmental control: An integrated dehumidification system (humidity 40% ± 3% RH) in a non-heating dehumidification mode ensures the stability of electrospinning.
(2) Design Genes for Industrialization
< 500-needle high-density array: 304 stainless steel needles, which are easy to maintain. The maximum electrospinning width is 800mm.
