Flame Retardant Lydorflam 5020

Description

Ø Type: Low halogen phosphorus flame retardant (master batch).

Ø Lydorflam 5020 is a flame retardant masterbatch based on phosphorus, nitrogen and bromine factors, mainly used to flame retarding for high impact polypropylene.

Ø Through gas phase and the condensed phase flame retarding mechanism to realize flame retardancy. 4-6% adding dose will meet UL94V-2 flame retardant requirement and successfully pass IEC60695-2 glow-wire test. Non-toxic.

Ø No precipitation, baking the surface at 130℃ last 168H.

Ø High dielectric: dielectric strength > 6000V.

Ø Water tolerant: Soaking in hot water @75℃ for 168H, good flame retardancy.

Ø Meet requirements of IEC60695-2-13 775℃ and IEC60695-2-12  850℃.

Ø Excellent high temperature heat aging property, stay good property through heat aging @150℃ for 2000H.

Typical Applications 

It is widely used to plastic parts of extruding and injection molding.

Precautions

Ø To meet requirement of flame retardancy, Lydorflam 5020 flame retardant masterbatch should be combined with PP pure resin.

Ø Try to avoid long time stay in injection molding machine and extruder, to avoid local overheating and cause flame retardant decomposition.

• The apparatus is required to have accurate temperature control, to avoid local overheating and cause flame retardant decomposition. Recommended temperature control range: 170~190℃.

Packaging and Storage

Ø 25Kg/Bag.

• Transported as general chemical, sealed and stored in a dry, cool place, prevent from exposure to sunshine.
