Flame Retardant Lydorflam 5001
Description
Ø Type: Phosphorus, nitrogen halogen free intumescent flame retardant.
Ø Lydorflam 5001 is an eco friendly polyolefin flame retardant based on phosphorus and nitrogen. Compared with ordinary APP system, it has higher heat stability and decomposing temperature, also more convenient processing conditions.
Ø Lydorflam 5001 contains acid source, gas source, carbon source, taking carbon and expansion mechanism to play flame retarding function, flame retarding on PP reach UL94-V0.
Ø Lydorflam 5001 is an eco friendly product free of halogen conforming to EU related environmental protection regulations.
Ø Finished products made from Lydorflam 5001 has properties of small density, low fume, little modeling corrosion and good quality price ratio etc. Smoothly pass tests of UL746C and IEC 60695-2.

Product characteristics
Precautions
Ø Due to Lydroflam 5001 has large volume density, dispersing property of flame retardant play key role in the process of manufacturing and flame retardation, to get the optimum effect, it is recommended to add appropriate dispersant in the formulation to improve disperse and process abilities.
Ø As the flame retardant large volume density, suitable resins with melt flow index can have effective melted-cladding to flame retardants; it is recommended to choose resin with high melt flow index as substrate.
