Flame Retardant Lydorflam 5011

Description

Ø Lydorflam 5011 is a highly effective eco friendly flame retardant taking phosphorus, nitrogen and bromine as elements used for PP copolymerization. Adding dose 2-4% will reach UL94-V2 level flame retardant and pass IEC60695-2 Glow-wire Test. Compare to traditional brominated flame retardant, Lydorflam 5011 adding small dose, no need to add antimony trioxide. Non-toxic.

Ø No precipitation, baking the surface at 130℃ last 168H.

Ø High dielectric: dielectric strength > 6000V.

Ø Water tolerant: Soaking in hot water @75℃ for 168H, good flame retardancy.

Ø Meet requirements of IEC60695-2-13 775℃ and IEC60695-2-12  850℃.

Ø Excellent high temperature heat aging property, stay good property through heat aging @150℃ for 2000H.

Typical Applications 

Widely used to polypropylene (PP) copolymerization V2 level inflaming retarding.

Precautions

• As small adding dose, it is required to be well dispersed and will meet flame retardant requirement.
• The apparatus is required to have accurate temperature control, to avoid local overheating and cause flame retardant decomposition. Recommended temperature control range: 170~190℃.

Ø Transported as general chemical, sealed and stored in a dry, cool place, prevent from exposure to sunshine.
