Auto brick stacking machine is used for first blank-firing and the secondary-firing. When the grouping brick(wet blank, dry blank) square are lifted up automatically, the clip billet head rotated freely.Through this way,it can set wet and dry blank in the corresponding position flexibility and fatly. It consist of special strip cutting machine, brick cutting machine, brick parting machine, brick carrying machine, moving system, lifting system, rotating system, hydraulic system and electrical system.  

Working procedure: 

When Hydraulic press blank feeding device put the adobe onto step belt machine, step belt machine send adobes to the under of stacking machine, gripping apparatus of stacking adobe machine is driven by lifting device, and down to the step belt machine, then rising after clamping adobes. And then it moves  to the above of steam curing trolley driving by horizontal movement of motor, and down to the plate of trolley driving by lifting device, gripping apparatus of stacking machine is loosen and put down adobes. After that, rising and horizontal moe to the above of step belt machine for waiting next circle. Both horizontal movement and vertical lifting is controlled by Siemens inverter. Start and stop steadily, run quickly, also it’s available to do split-level and 90°rotation stacking. These function are controlled by advanced PLC inverter,  and to achieve stacking machine’s automatization.

1) Dimension of brick adobe is 230mm to 260mm;

2) The size of each clamping chuck is 1080*1080mm, and 144pcs each time. The capacity is 18000-22000pcs/h,  it can stacking three drying vehicle one time;

3)The power of cutting brick machine is 14kw, 4.4kw for vertical slab system, return system 3KW, 14KW for stacking machine, air supply 5.5KW, loading and dispatch system 0.75KW, total power is 41.65KW;

4) Air supply equips with 3 air holder, which makes sure production smoothly if fluctuations in air pump pressure;

5) The dimension of stacking machine is 8000mm*7000mm*4000mm，compact structure with small size, it applies to new brick factory and renovation of old brick factory.

1. Stacking section area: 750mmX750mm; stacking high: 16 layers for standard brick(1840pcs in total);

2. Kiln car size:3900mmX3900mm, kiln cart capacity: 16 stacks per car(6912pcs in total);
