It’s a special transportation to convey adobe and semi-finished products into kiln for firing blanks, which is used in brick factory, kiln factory, refractory factory, ceramics factory and roasting plant. It’s special conveyance used for encastage, and widely used in brick factory for conveying brick adobe to reduce labour force and labor intensity, improving efficiency and down cost greatly.It adopts handlebar to steering with flexible operation and high reliability, small turning radius, the blank conveying capacity is 300-500 block each time, the dimension of working plate is 1400*900*650mm; it’s application to the brickkiln with kiln door high in 1100-1500mm and 2800mm for span. Large size brick kiln, the configuration can be enlarged to increase quantity for conveying dry adobe.Electric loading kiln cart is platform trailer generally with the dimension in 1.3*0.8m or 1.4*0.9m, and carrying capacity is 1.0T, it supports 8-10hours working time every charging up battery 6-8hours. Standard battery is 120AH-140AH and 800w-1000w DC motor, wheel-base is 0.8-0.9m, motor power 800-1000W. Load is 1.5 or 2 tons electric flatcar.
