Belt conveyor, also called continual conveyor, is a kind of machinery transporting materials in a certain line continuously. It’s to convey different weights products by using convey belt’s continuous or intermittent motion. They are widely used in mining, metallurgical and coal industry to transfer sandy or lump material, or packaged material. The materials of belt is: rubber, PVC, PU and other materials. Excepting to convey ordinary materials delivery, it’s also available to convey the oil-proof, corrosion-resistant and anti-static materials etc.
Features:
1. Smooth transportation, no relative motion between materials and belt, so avoiding damaging carried materials;
2. Small noise, it’s suitable the place requested quiet work environment occasion;

Working principe:
Belt conveyor is mainly composed of two endpoint roller and closed conveyor belt. It calls head roll which drives the conveyor belt to rotating(driving roller), another one calls bend roller which is just to change belt conveyor direction of motion. Head roll is driven by motor through reducer, conveyor belt is relying the friction between head roll and conveyor belt to move. Head roll is set up at discharge end in general to increase traction in order to drag. Materials is feeding in feed end, and falls onto the rotating conveyor belt, and then conveying to discharge end for uploading by friction of conveyor belt.
