Adobe Separating-conveying Machine is used in artificial drying processing in brick factory, which conveys and separates the adobes that have been cut and shaped, and then to stacking adobes on to the drying car. 

 Features: 

1. New type of puring mould is able to reduce material compression resiliency, it can achieve high density with small pressure, it’s especially application to fly ash adobes;

6. The rimer adopts floating shaft structure to eliminate or reduce device shaking . 

The whole process of brick making:

1) Material is put into box feeder to maker sure continuous feeding. There is a reamer near the discharging hole of box feeder. It can crash big block.

2) Then materials are conveyed to roller crusher and crashed into powdery .

3) After that materials are conveyed to double shaft mixer. Add water when mixing the materials to make it more even

4) Materials are conveyed to brick vacuum extruder. The machine process the materials and squeezes out mud strip.

5) Strip cutter cut the mud strip into equal length strip and conveys them to cut adobe plate.

6) Adobe cutter cut the brick strip into green brick adobes.

7) Green bricks pass stoving and sintering processes become red brick. the finished bricks.
