Description:
This Polymer Repairing & Strengthening Mortar is industrialized by modified organic-polymer emulsion\ chemical additives and hard dry blend. It has an excellent anti-crack \ anti-leakage\ intensity and adhesion. It can be used in various complex environment and smooth base construction. The product can prevent reinforcing bar, which is in repaired concrete, from corrosion, in order to improve the capability of anti-carbonation and chloride penetration resistance.
Application:
1. It can be used in repairing of bridge \ track board and concrete road , and also in shape repairing or shape rebuilt of concrete structure(beam\ pillar \ board etc.)
2. It can be used in defect repairing and strengthening of hydraulic and industry building with concrete pole \honeycomb\surface voids etc. Can be also used in repairing of concrete balcony \railing\stair\steps etc.

How to use:
1st . Surface preparation:
1. Concrete must be structurally sound and must not contain any accelerators or curing compounds.
2. Remove all oil, grease, chemicals or other contaminants.
3. Remove all surface laitance and expose sound concrete. Abrasive blasting is preferred. However, other methods, such as acid etching and neutralizing, may be used.
4. Handle all expansion joints, control joints, floor drains, equipment base plates and mid-floor termination points according to construction details.
5. As for the surface of road\bridge\parking etc. cut and hack the defect face to regulated size and depth as construction required, then clean the surface of it.
2nd . Mixing:
1 According to the proportion (Emulsion: powder=1:4), check the quantity\ size\type and manufacture date, to make sure the product is within warranty period.
2 According to the proportion of Emulsion: powder=1:4(proportion by weight), stir for 3-5 minutes with mixer, until cement mortar is even.
3rd .Repairing construction:
1 Spread the mixed material on repairing surface with spatula, and the general thickness of repairing surface ≤ 30mm. Each Spread ≤10mm is suitable. Spread the new layer after the above layer is well.
2 After construction, do the moisture curing for exposed mortar surface.
Attention:
1 The allocated mixed emulsion should be used up within 60 min, and mix-uneven or initial set mortar is prohibited.
2 Long placement of mixing material could appear slight layer phenomenon, so it is better to stir evenly before use.
3 Make sure construction temperature≥5℃\41℉.
