Description:
This thin repairing product is made of epoxy resin \ hard filler with a high strength. Well-penetration \ fast pl ing \ seal \ cauterization resistance.
Features:
1 Thixotropic: under the static mode, the material can not deform & follow , even if smear on the top of the ceiling \ grooves \ holes etc, when mixed & pressed , it has excellent flowability and easy to use.
2 Well adhesion: It has good mechanics, difficult to crack at the interface with the concrete.
3 Excellent matching with concrete: performance of ageing resistance & anti-carbonation. The coat will deform with the concrete synchronously. Avoid the coat break away from the concrete, due to the interface stress.
4 Excellent flexibility : the harden concrete\ mortar can prevent attack & deformation , hard to damage .
Application:
1. It can be used in the repairing of the pores \ honeycomb \ surface voids etc. of concrete surface.
2. It can be used in anti-leakage\ anti-carbonation protection\ micro crack sealing and decoration

How to use
1st , Surface preparation:
2. Remove all oil, grease, chemicals or other contaminants.
3. Remove all surface laitance and expose sound concrete. Abrasive blasting is preferred. However, other methods, such as acid etching and neutralizing, may be used.
4. Handle all expansion joints, control joints, floor drains, equipment base plates and mid-floor termination points according to construction details.
2nd ,mixing:
1: Check the quantity/size//type and manufacture date, to make sure the product is within warranty period.
2: First, put Part B into the container, stir while mix Part C. Then put Part A into container Stir well. and in order to make sure the flowability of mixtures in low temperature , it is suitable to reduce the dosage of Part C. Mixing portion: Part A: Part B: Part C = 1:4:12
3: Mixing ingredients, first put part B into the bucket, and then put part C slowly added
while stirring , and then feed into the barrel A Stir.
4: After mixing, the density of product about 1700kg / m³
3rd , Construction:
1, Use the mixed Material fills the surface of the pores\ groove with triangular shovel \ spatula \ scraper. Make sure full fill.
2, May 4-12 hours until the point of scraping the basic curing clay backing, use a spatula to scrape wiping large arc from the second layer of epoxy mortar for leveling, construction of surface scraping the surface after leveling to smooth, no construction joints and scratches and so on.
Attention;
1, Configured glue should be used within 30 minutes, is prohibited to use without mixing or even the state of clay in the initial setting.
2, Prohibited in the moisture base to the FDA, you can do it after dried. so as not to affect the bond strength with the base.
3, Long placement of Part A and Part B could appear slight layer phenomenon，so it is better to stir evenly before use.
4. During construction you need to wear necessary protective equipments and keep ventilation. If it contacts you or your eyes, please wash it with run water quickly. You need to see your doctor immediately on the serious condition.
