Product Description

Description: 
This is a High general non-shrink self-leveling cementitious grout with good performance. It is suitable for the grouting works of multiple structures and foundation slabs.
 
Features
1. High intensity: 1 day Compressive Strength ≥ 20 M pa, 3 days Compressive Strength ≥ 35 M pa
2. Excellent flow-ability: Initial Fluidity ≥ 270mm. Can fill the gap with width over 20mm. Dispel foam during the grouting and reduce the gap.
3. Non-shrinkage: close and full filling guarantees the accuracy of installation. Improve the stability of structure and equipment. Prolong the life.
4.Construction at -10℃\ 14℉，performance after 2 million fatigue test.

How to use:
 
1st . Mixing
1. Each 25kg/bag product should be mixed with 3.0-4.0L water to reach the required consistency.  Mixing 1-2 min with a low speed drill (Max 500rpm) until the mixture becomes homogeneous.
2. How many materials mixed one time charge for the volume of use, use the materials within 40 min after mixing.
3, Do not add other admixture\additive.
 
2nd . Secondary grouting of equipment foundation instruction:
1. Surface preparation: cleaning the surface of equipment, and crushed stone\ laitance\ oil stain\ and parting agent are not allowed .Before 24 hours of grouting, the surface of equipment foundation should be humid, and the seeper should be cleaned.
2. Mould board installation
(1) The seam between mould board and foundation or mould board and mould board space (901 fast pl ing agent or YJS-400 Sealing Bond Glue) should use cement mortar, and use tape to seal , in order to make sure the whole mould board is not leak.
(2) The surrounding horizon distance between mould board and equipment support saddle should be controlled within 100 mm, in order to grout conveniently. The top of mould board should be higher than equipment support saddle for 50mm.
3. Grouting
(1) Secondary grouting should accord to the secondary grouting construction craft of equipment foundation
(2) About the grouting of longer equipment or track foundation, it should adopt stepwise methods. The length of every part should ≤ 5m.
(3) When adopting the elevated funnel grouting methods, it should start from the center of equipment foundation or one side.
(4) Before secondary grouting of equipment foundation, it should adopt appropriate grouting method in according to the situation.
 
4. The secondary grouting should accord to the following requirements:
(1) The secondary grouting should start from one side or adjacent two sides for multipoint grouting, until the other side overflows, in order to exhaust during grouting, and do not grout from all around.
(2)The grouting should be consecutive, and it is better to shorten the grouting span.
(3)Make sure no shaking during grouting, and you can use the grouting roll booster to boost the grouting Materials at the grout blanket. Boosting the grouting materials from the middle or above the grout blanket is prohibited. And make sure the grout blanket is even.
(4)Within 3-6 hours after grouting of equipment foundation, cut 45°angle at the edge of the equipment, and in order to avoid the crack. If you can not cut the edge, you should press the grouting surface with spatula within 3-6 hours after grouting.
