The scope of application is wide, particularly suitable for making markings on hardware tools, kitchen tools, plastic products, computer keyboards, metal jewelry, buttons, integrated circuits, bottles packaging, spectacle frames, sanitary wares, faucets and other product. Markings are clear and beautiful, and will never disappear.

   Environmental requirements are simple: without constant temperature and humidity environment, and water facilities. The cost is lowest and the maintenance is simplest.  

International general software: superior features, easy to learn and easy to use.

   They are small-sized, light weight, small area-occupation, so can be easily installed in production line and make markings.

Performance:

Excellent beam quality: Compared with the traditional solid laser marking machine, it is fundamental mode output, and the focusing spot diameter is less than 20um. The divergence angle is only 1/4 of Semiconductor pump laser. It is especially suitable for precision and fine marking.

The low-cost of use: Electro-optical conversion efficiency can be up to 30%, and the whole power consumption is only 600W, which is 1/10 of lamp-pumped solid laser marking machine, and considerable savings in energy expenditures as a result.

Maintenance-free and long life: As the pumping source, laser diode closed optical designed wholly, and the average time between failures is more than 100,000 hours.

Fast processing speed: The processing speed is 5-10 times of traditional laser marking machine.
