sintered wire cloth can be made into different shape filter elements, such as filter tube, cone-shape filter, filter baskets with handles or no handles, cartridge filters, disc filters, cup filters, cap filters, and filter plate.

They are all shaped by moulds through high temperature sintering process, with metallic capacities, such as noise reduction, hot resistance, heat conduction, and high strength. Due to the stainless steel materials, the filter elements has the features of easy to welding and corrosion resistance.

Sintered Filter Elements have different aperture, porosity and filter rating. 

Characteristic:

With high mechanical strength and compressive strength, processing, welding and assembly performance is good, easy to use.

For all the filtering accuracy, uniform and consistent filtration performance can be achieved, and the mesh does not change during use.

Can be used for -200 °C ~ 600 °C temperature environment and acid-base environment filtration.

The countercurrent cleaning effect is good, can be used repeatedly, and the service life is long (can use countercurrent water, filtering, ultrasonic, melting, baking and other methods to clean)
