KSTM Series Automatic Flute Laminator adopts chain pusher and back registration system together with spring blade side lay, and vacuum absorption conveying system makes this series of machine fit for a larger range of paper, high precision while remaining the features of easy operation and maintenance.

The core designed rubber roller together with knurled steel roller enhances the evenness of gluing, strength of stickiness, as well as lowering the production cost.

Balance-tested rollers, tight assembling technique, plus timing and tooth belt driving mechanic system makes the machine runs at low noise with high precision.

The machine adopts automatic glue supply and recyclable glue circulating system.

Self-developed high-strength feeder compliant with high configuration electric system makes the machine run at low malfunction and stably. The electric parts used are all worldwide famous brand or well-known Chinese brand. the main parts such as the harmonic gear and bearings are imported ones.

The bottom sheet (max. thickness ≤8mm) for this machine can be A, B, C, D, E, F flute corrugated sheet, which can do 3 or 5 ply board to sheet lamination or board to board lamination. The appliable face paper can be card 150-800g/㎡ with face paper advance or alignment function.

2. Max. face sheet weight: 800g/m2, Min. face sheet weight: 180g/m2, Max. corrugated sheet weight: 800g/m2, Min. corrugated sheet weight: 300g/m2

3. Less vibration and low noise.

4. Gluing even: 30-50g. Quite cost effective for your production.

5.Side lay registration is installed on the machine.

Note:

• The machine needs a 40’ container.
• The glue roller will stainless steel. If no stainless steel required,need 45#steel, the cost can be deducted 500 USD.
