1. Feeding Unit

2. Die Cutting Department

a) Die-cutting roller made of the high quality steel materials. 30mm thickness, balance correction, hard-chrome plating.

b) Wallboard made of high-quality cast iron material. 50mm thickness, and large processing center production.

c) Soft roller automatic grinding structure to improve the pouches using rate, which can be ground for 3-4 times.

d) Limited speed automatic compensation to ensure that die cutting size of each batch of cardboard boxes keeps the same.

e) The CUE polyurethane rubber pad is imported from USA, which is installed conveniently, it can die cut 12 million times.

f) Mechanical soft roll lateral movement about 40 mm, the rubber pads wear evenly.

g) The six grades fine grinding gears are made of 40cr, low noise and long using life.

h) Die-cutting roller is equipped with the cylinder-type automatic separation device which can reduce the rubber pads abrasion.

3. Computer Control

The paperboard processing equipment features a PLC controller that is used to maintain reliability and precision. The LCD touch screen is user-friendly interface.
