2 ply corrugated board production line
Our 2 ply corrugated board production line is also referred to a single facer line. The single facer line is composed of a paper roll stand, a single facer unit and a paper cutting unit.
The board production line creates and cuts single face corrugated paper without the need of drying. This production line is highly automated and easy to use and is found in a variety of cardboard factories.

B. Electrical Shaftless Mill Roll Stand
1. The structure is symmetrical, can load two raw paper rolls at the same time, can change the paper roll without stopping the machine. Total electrical control over the operation of tightening, loosening, up-down, moving for center, left and right.
2. Effective working width: 1400, 1600, 1800, 2000mm
3. Max. raw paper dia: Ø1600mm
4. Min. raw paper size: Ø400mm×900mm
5. Max. loading of single arm: 1500kg.
6. Each roll stand has two paper roll sending rails, two paper roll up dollys. Rail is made from the welding of the 12# channel steel and direction-leading pole. The dolly is made from 12# channel steel, the length of the rail is 4500mm.
7. Use disk model brake, handle and electrical model are optional.
8. The clip head is cast-iron finial model or automatic double expanded model. (optional)
9. Electrical elements are centralized controlled, this highly improves the production efficiency.
C. Electromotion Shaft stand
This mill roll stand is a simple style paper stand, which is econmic, and a good choice for the small or medium factory.

Single facers for making corrugated board
A. Shaftless single facer--vacuum absorption type, chain drive
1. Cover vacuum suction.
2. Corrugating roll is made of high quality alloy steel 48CrMo, the surface is medium-frequency quenched and chrome-plated. The hardness can reach HRC55~60, which ensures the good wear-resistance and long life service.
3. No gear transmission.
4. Glue roll is lifted and lowered pneumatically.
5. Independent glue clean device and electric glue-separate board to control the width of glue.
6. Manually regulate or electrically regulate the display device.
7. Lubricated by high temperature lubricate grease.
8. Surface of all dancing rolls and preheating rolls is grinded and chrome-plated.
9. Pressure roll is medium- frequency quenched and chrome-plated.
10. Width 1400mm~2000mm. working speed: 45-60 m/min.
11. Preheating rolls, pressure rolls and corrugating rolls all meet the National Standard of Pressure Vessel. Working pressure is 1.1MPa.

SHEET CUTTERS:
A. NC control paper sheet cutter
1) Design speed:120m/min; Effective width:1400-2500mm

4) Computer system to keep order. man-machine conversation system NC. Automatically adjust cutting speed according to the cardboard specification. The screen displays various producing message. We can consult, modify, do superaddition and cancel order during machine running.
5) High quality servo motor, the servo drive system imported from Germany.
6) Transmission system adopts oil pump auto-Cye lubricate.
7) Exact and adjustable no gap gear assured knife-edge joggle exactly, good incision quality, high beeline degree, and protect knives.
8) Single face conveyor machine:

9) Conveyor system after the slitter and cutter is applied to delivery the board on two direction,for rise efficiency and easy stacking.

B. Heavy Style Corrugated paperboard sheet cutter

Paper cutting range: 600-2600mm
Cutting off precision: ±2.5mm
Effective width: 1400mm-2200mm
1.Manual adjust the rotate speed of P derailleur in order to change the length of required cardboard.
2.There are clearance adjustment set and gear parallel set at the gear between the edge roller, thereby assure move placidly, improve precision.
3.Adopt double brace speeder, make the edge shaft run in uniform motion, the instantaneous speed of cutting off edge in working are invariables with the running speed of cardboard.
4.Drive power from main transmission, good synchronization and high precision cutting.
