1.Garlic Cloves :- Garlic cloves are creamy to brown in color. It contains 6% moisture maximum. It is fresh without mild or strange      odors.

   It is useful in different fast foods, snack foods, food service packs, stuffing mixes, pickled products and different gravy mixes.

2. Garlic Flakes :- Garlic Flakes are small, dehydrated pieces of garlic. The pieces are larger than in Garlic Powder or Garlic              Granules.

     Garlic flakes are used in soups, stews, sauces, meat loaves, and casseroles. Garlic Flakes don't work in items such as an oil        and vinegar salad dressing.

3. Garlic granules :- A dried form of garlic that has been ground into granules rather than powder. Granulated garlic can be used           much the same as garlic powder.

    It is used in different food preparations, soups and as a topical dressing in salads.

4. Garlic Minced :-Garlic Minced are yellow to brown in color. It is fresh without strange or mild odors.

    Pizza and other fast food, snack foods, food service packs, stuffing mixes, pickled products, meat products, sea food products,       gravies, canned foods, salad dressing, dips, bottle packs, pet food, rice mixes, soups, potato salad, seasoning, wet and dry           salsa, speciality foods, curry powder, bakery topping, gourmet sauces, seasoning and in many other snacks or as ingredients.

5. Onion Chopped :-The onion is an edible bulb. While it is a vegetable at heart, it also acts as a spice.

     It is used in dry soups, mixes, specialty ethnic food preparations, canned/dried/frozenvegetable mixes, dry casserole mixes,          stuffing mixes, food service & fast food and particularly when large onion pieces are desired.They are also used raw in cold              salads. Onions pickled in vinegar are eaten as a snack.

6. Onion Kibbled/flakes :-White onion kibbled is made from the fresh onion bulb and dehydrated later to store it for long.

             It is sharp in taste and has a special aroma.
            It is considered one of the essential spices in different cuisines and salads as well.

7. Onion Minced :-Onion minced are the products which are derived from onion bulb. Particle size is 1-3mm in size. Appearance is       pale cleaned pure white quality. Particle size is 1-3mm. Moisture content is 5-6% max.

8. Onion Powder and granule:- Onion powder and onion granules have a very little difference in particle size.Onion Granules are       0.5-0.8 mm in size and Onion Powder is 80-100 mesh size.

9. Onion Rings and slices :-Dehydrated onion rings are available in half slices. Onion bulb must be well graded, well peeled, and        uniformly sliced to get the perfection of Rings and Half Slices.

10. Potato flakes :-Dehydrated potato flakes are made by pressing cooked mashed potatoes onto a drum drier, which forms a             sheet that can be broken up and ground to the required density.

     Dehydrated potato flakes can be used in salty snacks such as fabricated chips, to create a more uniform shape. Dehydrated          diced potatoes can be used in soups and other dishes for the same reason.

11. Potato Powder :-Potato Powder is used in various bakery preparations such as breads, waffles, pancakes, sauces, gravies           and soups. Potato Powder is also used in dished like ALLO BHUJIA, PAPAD NAMKEENS, SAUCES, SOUP, SNACKS,               MISSYROTI, PARATHA, KHEER.
