50E-2 Advanced Transparent Protective Coating
JXHM50E-2 is a one-component or double-component advanced transparent protective coating. Mainly used in the field of decorative materials, surface protection of metal and circuit board protection. The coating is with waterproof, acid resistance, alkali and salt resistance, high temperature and low temperature properties, as well as can effectively protect substrate from corrosion.
Technical performance index
1.Appearance: clear or light yellow transparent sticky liquid;
2.Viscosity: 60~ 35s ( 4# cup);
3.pH value : 5~6.5.
Ratio of double component
Ratio of main agent and curing agent:10:1-2
NOTE: One-component 50E-2 without adding curing agent; its strength is slightly less than the two-component 50E-2.
Diluent
Spraying by hand: diluents is the mixture of xylene and cyclohexanone (ratio: 1:1), or butyl acetate only.
Collocation method in order
Mainly matter ( 10 parts) + thinner ( 0 ~ 2 parts) = and stir completely + curing agent (0 ~ 2 parts) and stir completely again.
Cautions:
1. It should be immediately placed into the drying tunnel for baking after coated and sprayed. 4 levels of increasing temperatures should be used: first stage:60~65℃; second stage:70~75℃; third stage:80~90℃; fourth stage:100~130℃.
2. Curing time: curing at room temperature for 24 hours. It is not necessary to cure for the one-component coating.
3. Can’t be mix with other coatings.
4.To avoid turbidity, please clean up other types of coating, include equipped with plastic tank, plastic buckets and all tools before using the coating.
