MDA- 60 special curing agent
MDA-60 is a kind of special PU curing agent,which has high scratch resistance. It's a new product of our company. Obviously,it can improve the scratch resistance and wear resistance of normal PU oil paint by leaps and bounds. What's more,it makes the surface smooth and comfortably touched.
Application range:
It is mainly applied to curing PU oil paint and coating.

1.Appearance:light yellow and transparency liquid
2.Solid content(%): 60%
3.Ratio of main agentand curing agentshould be tested depended on your condition.Normally,with the amount of curing agent increased,the smoothness,scratch resistance and wear resistance will be improved.
Cautions:
1.Ethyl acetate can be used to dilute this product.( moisture content ≤0.1% and alcohol content≤0.02%)
2.MDA-60 is a kind of environmental curing agent.It is mainly applied to mixed using with oil paint and coating.
3.Because of its high activity,it is sensitive to water and alcohol.The solvent used must measure up to the Chinses standard. Normally, the amount of this product must be added 10%-30% more in the humid weather.
4.This product can be combined with other same kind curing agent in order to control the curing speed and improve the curing quality.You can do enough pre-test according to your production.
5.The relevant detail of this paper is only used as reference. Because of the difference of process conditions and raw materials, you can do enough pre-test before you use it, or consult with our company. We will put forward s estions depend on your situation.
6.This product is easily moistened.It will become useless,when its color change into white.Please keep residual product in a sealed small mouth metal pail.
7.The shelf life of the product is 6 month.(Keep it inshade with the temperaturelower than 25℃)
8.Flammable, caution for fire.

It is an environmental curing agent.Its free TDI content is below 0.1%，and no heavy metal,such as Pb,Cd,Cr,Hg, contained.
