Add HRP tagged Human Hepatitis B virus core  antigen. After another incubation and washing, remove the unbound enzyme, Then add Chromogen Solution A, B, the color of the liquid change into the blue, And at the effect of acid the color finally become yellow. Using the micro plate reader of 450nm wavelength to measure the absorbency (OD value), and comparing with the critical value to determine the existence of the Human Orientia Tsutsugamushi(IgM) of the sample.
