This kit uses enzyme-linked immune sorbent assay (ELISA) based on biotin double antibody sandwich technology to assay Mouse Anti-nuclear Antibody(ANA). Add Anti-nuclear Antibody(ANA) to wells that are pre-coated with Anti-nuclear Antibody(ANA) monoclonal antibodyand then incubate. After incubation, add anti Anti-nuclear Antibody(ANA) antibodies labeled with biotin tounite with Streptavidin-HRP, which forms the immune complex. Remove unbound enzymes after incubation and washing, then add substrate A and B. The solution will turn blue and change to yellow with the effect of acid. The shades of solution and the concentration of Mouse Anti-nuclear Antibody(ANA) are positively correlated.
