The device is a kind of multifunctional and energy saving shear crusher, its main function is to shear and crush the solid materials ,like cans, bottles, and the paint bucket. It is consisted of cutting blades, shaft, motor, reducer and etc. Crushing cavity is composed of tens or hundreds of hexagonal or octagonal type of sharp blades, the design of biaxial structure that overlaps each other and shears mutually,which can be arranged in spiral crushing zone according to the blade Angle and more effectively to tear and crush solid materials and impurities; cutting those pieces into uniform particles about 6 to10 mm which effectively ensures the energysaving effects of loading and unloading of storage and transportation Besides, the device will carry out troubleshooting automatically when solid materials cannot be cut into pieces during the crushing work , to realize the whole process of intelligent control.
