The device is mainly used for cutting, crushing,grinding and delivering the fragile table trash in the pipe.

The scope of operation:

    It has a large scope of operation,such as crushing the life garbage and all kinds of fragile particles.

Main structure:

   The main structure of the device is that it has three installations of absorption and mix, cutting and crushing and grinding in the working chamber of the pump body. And every installation has been smartly and properly arranged on the concave and convex disk, and interacted with each other at the high speed of operation. Besides, the blade combination of each installation has different angle and the materials can be extended toward the whole crushing and delivering process under the high speed of centrifugal force.

    The inlet and outlet for the operation of materials are designed well, the amount of particles can be predicted by adjusting the gap between the rotor and stator. And the operating type can be chose by the classification of the grinding mill, the particles have to be fragile, the size of particles are designed by the model of the device and the shape of inlet and outlet.

 The series of device can be designed or adjusted into different size of particles, such as the model with three to 0.5 mm, the minimum size can be 0.1mm, the distance of delivery can reach ten meters, special requirements can be met.

(1)It has strong functions of smashing, depolymerizing ,dispersing and transporting materials , and keep continuous and intermittent operation without affecting the life of the device.

(2)It has design of mute and well effects of dynamic balance without vibration and noises, easy to installation and will choose double (single) machine to seal.

(3)Fixed grinding material can choose 304, 316 l, 316, 2 cr13 and make nitriding treatment or permeability tungsten carbide,the clearance can be adjusted, the distance is 0.01 ~ 2 mm
