High shear colloid mill is a kind of unique equipment with high efficiency and energy saving in fluid and wet grinding abrasive industry,and it is the first equipment with wet grinding at home and abroad and has characteristics such as advanced technology, multiple functions, high efficiency and energy saving and it has applied for national patent priority promotion.

Main structure:

High shear colloid mill is designed on the concave and convex type of stators to create an absorbing material with shearing zone and a broken zone, a grinding area, a refined area and etc. The plane for shear crushing distance of combined stators is usually 0.05 mm (adjustable distance between the stator for 0.01- 2 mm, the maximum diameter is up to 600 mm, the top speed reaches120 m/s.

Main functions：

It is mainly used for crushing crystallization, mass, cluster and sticky particles and other kinds of fragile particles in the fluid of pipe, it can improve the reaction process with high efficiency and ensure the flowing capacity of pump effectively.Fluid materials have to experience a shear area, tertiary grinding area and ten discrete and finally it refines a homogeneity, high speed and pressure,and spray phenomenon from a channel about 0.3 mm and promote the particles’ ability of crush and refining.

Operating Principle:

High shear colloid mill delivers materials from import directly into high shear broken area under the high speed rotation of motor, and it will smash different shapes of particles that exist in fluid by a special crushing device, then these broken particles will be inhaled into a shearing and crushing zone, working in a very narrow corridor, intense friction and grinding are produced for the stator blade and rotor blade can cut materials in a relatively high speed. In the effect of mechanical movement and centrifugal force, the device will have the crushing materials smashed again by putting them into a fine grinding area.The fine grinding includes three levels , the extending outward level has a higher accuracy; the smaller the pitch is, the longer the linear velocity, the more grinding produced. At the same time, fluid gradually extends to the outside.The effect of broken particles are made by hundreds of thousands of high speed shear and grinding, to make materials smashed, depolymerized, dispersed. The minimum fineness is 0.5μm and the distance of delivery can reach three to six meters.

Operating features:

(2))It has design of mute and well effects of dynamic balance without vibration and noises.

(3)Fixed grinding material can choose 304, 316 l, 2205, 2 cr13 and make nitriding treatment or permeability tungsten carbide.

(4)The clearance can be adjusted, the distance is 0.01 ~ 2 mm

(5)it can choose double (single) machine to seal.

(6)keep continuous and intermittent operation without affecting the life of the device.
