ENOLZYME Beta-Glucanase also called Beta-Dextranase. It is made by liquid fermentation deeply adopting Bacillus Licheniformis bacterial strain. This product is used specially in Beta-Dextranases 1,3 and 1,4 indican key, and generates 3-5 oligose and glucose. This enzyme mainly used in beer brewing, maltose, feed, etc.

Unit Definition:

One ENOLZYME Beta-Glucanase unit(U) is defined as the amount of enzyme which liberates 1μmol glucan per minute from  4mg/mL β-Glucose solution, at 37℃ and pH5.5.

Function: 

1．Break down the structure of cell walls, release the nutrients inside and increasing the utilization efficiency of feedstuff

1. Degrade glucans, thus efficiently decrease chyme viscosity and increase the nutritive value of feed
2. Increase the utilization of endogenous digestive enzymes, enhance chyme passing through intestinal tracts, promote the digestibility and utilization efficiency of feed
3. Increase the usage of wheat bran, wheat middling’s and other plant feedstuff, thus reduce feed costs

Biological Data: 

1. The conservation activity is above 80% when the pH value is 3.5-7.0, and has best performance at pH5.5.

2. The conservation activity is above 80% when the temperature is 35-90℃, and has best performance at 37℃. 

Dosage(g/T):10-15g/T. (Refer to the packaging instructions.)

Storage: Store in the dry, ventilation and shaded place,avoid high temperature and humidity

Shelf Life: 12 months at ordinary temperature.
