ENOLZYME Xylanase can degrade the xylan in cell wall, xylo-oligosaccharide by destroying the hydrogen bone and covalent bond between xylan molecular to release the nutrient from the cells, consequently xylanase reaches the capability of increasing the utilization rate of nutrients, and reducing the chyme viscosity in digestive tract to keep its microorganism balance.

Definition of Xylanase Unit(U/g):(GB/T23874-2009)

One ENOLZYME Xylanase unit(U) is defined as the amount of enzyme which liberates 1μmole xylose per minute from 5mg/mL substrate solution（Oat Xylan）, at 37℃ and at pH 5.5 

Activity: ≥10 000U/g.

Moisture:  Not more than 10%

 Function: 

• Destroy the plant cell wall, release the nutrients containing in feedstuff, increase the feed utilization
• Decrease viscosity of chyme, increase fees intake and promote animal production performance
• Degrade xylan to get xylo-oligosaccharide, which can improve the microorganism environment, help maintain gut healthy
• Increase the utilization of feedstuff, reduce animal feed manure, release the burden of enviroment

 Biological Data:

1.With temperature increasing, the conservation activity is decrease, has best performance at 65℃

2. With the pH value increasing, the conservation activity is increase, has best performance at pH6.5

Dosage: 100-200 g/T. (Refer to the packaging instructions.)

Storage: Store in the dry, ventilation and shaded place,avoid high temperature and humidity

Shelf Life: 12 months at ordinary temperature.
