ENOLZYME Phytase allows swine & poultry to better utilize the phosphorus and reduce use inorganic phosphorus in feed. It is universally known that the phytase are saving swine and poultry producers more money than ever before and offering additional benefits, including reduction in phosphorus excretion rates and improvement of gain/feed ratios.

Definition of ENOLZYME Phytase Unit(GB/T18634-2009):

One ENOLZYME Phytase unit(U) is defined as the amount of enzyme which liberates 1μmole inorganic phosphorus per minute

from 5.0 mmol/L sodium phytate at 37.0℃ and at pH 5.5. 

Activity: ≥5000U/g.

Moisture:  Not more than 8%

 Function: 

Ø  ENOLZYME Phytase can degrade phytate and release inorganic phosphorus.

Ø  Increase the utilization of phosphorus.

Ø  Reduce the differences between different batches of feed, to steady products' quality;

Ø  It can save feed cost and reduce phosphorus excretion to improve environment for animals.

 Biological Data:

Under 25℃, the activity conservation is 5900U/g, heat the ENOLZYME Phytase at 70℃, 80℃ and 90℃ for 10 minutes, the activity conservation is :

The activity is more than 80% at pH4-6.5 and has best performance at pH5.0

Dosage: 100-120 g/T. (Refer to the packaging instructions.)

Storage: Store in the dry, ventilation and shaded place,avoid high temperature and humidity

Shelf Life: 12 months at ordinary temperature.
