1. Application

Mainly used for PVC plates, sealing strips, guide rails, profiles and the extrusion processing of those rigid or semi-rigid products. It also can be used for the extrusion or other soft rolling products or half-soft products.

Appearance: white or slightly light yellow power

Loss on heating: ≤ 2.5%

Metal oxide content : ≥ 20.0%

3. Application characteristic

a. It is a kind of efficient non-toxic calcium zinc compound stabilizer without lead and cadmium heavy metals, can fully meet the hygienic standards of PVC environmental products.

b. It is made from organic acid salt as the main raw material, supplemented by various efficient function additives, finished by special process distribution. Thus it owns perfect combination property.

c. It has excellent thermal stability and lubricity, strong adaptability and wide processing range.

d. It has various efficient auxiliary stabilizing agents, owning good initial coloration and color stability.

e. Its combination property can match with imported products, fully replacing the same kind products.
