LLC- 20 is a high accuracy intelligent water level controller. The product is equipped with new type of intelligent MCU core microprocessor chip. The function of the product is very practical and the property of the product is stable. It is suitable for various kinds of water tank for level controlling. It can form a complete set of pipeline booster pump, submersible pump and many other kinds of water pump, which is the latest generation of water level control product for water tank.

Mode of connection

Please check the back of the product. The left side which marked ‘power’ means cable wire connecting to 220V power supply. The right side which marked ‘electric machine’ means cable wire connecting to 220V input of the water pump.

Points for attention

• Pay attention to whether the upper and lower levels and water protection is suitable or not. After installation, if there is no water pressure but the display of the controller is not 0.0, please long press ‘running’+’start’ 5 seconds for reset.
• Please install a check valve if there is no one on the pipeline in order to avoid frequent start of the pump when stopping use water. Please pay attention to safety when installation and do not charged to install!
• The controller can't soak in the water.
• Please read the instructions carefully before installation.
• Please use special tools when installing and can't be forcibly installed by hand.
• Please do not remove products without permission or deem to have waived the warranty.
• If there is any quality problems of the product within a month since the date customer bought it, (besides human error or force majeure), please go to the local specified dealer to replace new product.
• The product is free warranty for one year. The buyer pay the shipping cost.

★Must read relevant information and instructions of the product carefully before using the product.

Setting

1. Setting the start stop water level

The default value is 5m to start and 6m to stop.

(1) Pressing ‘running/setting’ shortly can enter the setting mode

(2) Pressing ‘standing level ’ shortly will recycle show: ‘6.0’, ‘H’. Short press will increase by 0.1m and long press will cause the number increasing rapidly. After setting, please wait 2 seconds, it will display ‘888’, and automatically save the setting values.

★Please set the standing level slightly less than the number shown on the controller with full water. Set range from priming level to 19.9, cycle evolution.

(3) Pressing ‘priming level ’ shortly will recycle show: ‘5.0’, ‘L’. Short press will decrease by 0.1m and long press will cause the number decreasing rapidly. After setting, please wait 2 seconds, it will display ‘888’, and automatically save the setting values.

★Please set the priming level slightly more than the number shown on the controller with full water. Set Range from water shortage protection level to priming level, cycle evolution.

(4) After setting, press ‘running/setting’ and access to working condition.

2. The setting method of water shortage protection level

After entering the setting state, pressing ‘water shortage’ shortly can enter the setting mode, the default is ‘0.0’. The setting method is the same as above.

★The setting range of water shortage protection level is between 0.0 and standing level. And it can be increased or decreased according to the actual situation. The controller will turn off the water pump when the water level is under the standing level. If it is set as ‘0.0’, it means that the water water level protection function is closed. Defaults to off.

3. Clear operation&operating manual

After entering the setting state, long press’start-up pressure ’+’running’ for 5 seconds and see ‘C-L’. It means the reset is successful.

★Attention: This operation must be carried out under the condition that there is no water in the pipe.

After initial installation, if there is no water in the pipes, but the water level display is not 0.0, please do clear operation first.

4. The setting of anhydrous idling time

In order to prevent the water pump breaking down because of anhydrous idling, the anhydrous idling time can be set. Press ‘water shortage ’+’priming level’ at the same time and appear ‘s 03’(The default idle for stopping the pump is 3 minutes), through the keys in the middle to modify and save the setting values by pressing ‘running/setting’.

5. The setting of stop pressure delay

In order to prevent the frequent starting of the water pump, the stop pressure delay can be 

set. Press ‘water shortage ’+’standing level’ at the same time and appear ‘n 03’(The default delay is 3 seconds), through up and down keys to modify and save the setting values by pressing ‘running/setting’.
