HR-S820 intelligent digital pressure switch combining the functions of pressure measurement, display, controlling has some characteristics like simple operation , cheap, shock resistant, high control precision  and long service life etc. The pressure switch is the pressure switch for two group relay output . It has the multiple function,such as two way emergency alarm output,back to the poor setting,  arbitrary switching to three show unit , A key to reset error.

Key Specifies

1. Operation key: system key operation, before starting setting parameters ,you must shut down key, otherwise setting can not be operated.

2. Set key: short click this button into the lower pressure setting state, long press 3 seconds into the state system Settings.

3. Add keys: press one time and digital increases 0.01 MP, long press 2 seconds and 0.1 mpa digital increase.

4. Reduce the key: press one time and digital reduces 0.01 mp, long press 2 seconds and 0.1 mpa reduced.

Usage

1. The method of setting controlling pressure

(1)Short press the ON/OFF  button,shutoff operation indicator light, pressure control    

system shut down

(2)Setting control cap/lower limit

Short press set key 1 time into the upper limit set condition (corresponding to limit indicator light), through the (▼) (▲) set numerical, set up after the completion of the upper limit, short press set key type in the lower limit setting, setting methods are the same as above.

(3)After the completion of the setting, press set key, value will be deposited in the computer chips.

(4)press the run key again  (corresponding operation indicator light), motor begins to work.

2. The method of setting hystersis

(1)Short press run key. Shutoff operation indicator light, pressure control system shut down.

(2)Long press set key for 2 seconds into the  hystersis Settings, showed U 00, regulate on emergency alarm hystersis through the (▼) (▲)key , at this time every increase value 1, said 1% of the hystersis to increase the range, such as U20, says hystersis to full process amount of 20%.

(3)Short press set key into the lower limit hystersis Settings, showed N00 set,the method of setting Floor back to poor is like above. after the completion of the set, press the operation key to exit.

3. Unit switching methods:

 shut down the run key, clicking  add keys can arbitrary switching the mpa, kg/cm2, PSI units . After setting completing , open operation indicator setting.

4.zero reset function:

shut down the run key, long press the reduce key for 5 seconds  can  clear current pressure. Fixed zero error, open operation indicator after the completion of the  setting up . (use the function of pressure switch can  not exert pressure)

Wiring Instruction

(1)The power cord

    Red line yellow line(regardless of positive and negative, can reverse connect)

(2)High emergency alarm control points

    beginning end: the green line  public end: the black line

(3)low emergency alarm control points

    Closed end: white line  public end: the black line

★When the pressure is lower than (lower limit set data + back to poor value), the lower limit relay closure, white and black line line conduction.

★When pressure is higher than the (upper limit value + back to poor value), the upper limit relay closure, the green line and conduction black line.

Notes

1. After receiving your product, please check whether the packaging and shape are  in good condition, and check the model and specifications. 

2. Connect the products according to the provided connection, electrical connections and installation, ensure correct and reliable wiring installation.

3. Please do not take some installation!

4. Please note the product specification and the using conditions, such as the temperature, medium allowed overload pressure. The power supply voltage, etc.

5. The pressure switch belongs to the precision component, please never disassemble and even touch the diaphragm with good thing, lest it may cause the damage of the products.

6. In the process of installation, pay attention to protect the products, never strongly install or remove, otherwise it may damage products, especially the installation threads.

7. When installation, please use suitable wrench to install or remove, never impose by hand turned to tighten the shell or remove, or the damage caused is not included in the warranty.

8. After installation, start power-on test. When abnormal phenomenon arises, unless you have regulating equipment and product skills, otherwise please contact our company product after-sales technical personnel.
