HR-S600 high precision intelligent pressure switch is a intelligent precision pressure control equipment of pressure measurement, display and control.

This product has powerful functions. It has a built-in temperature sensor to temperature compensate and calibrate. It has two independent relay outputs. It has four-figure LED real-time display immediately, a key to restore the factory settings, zero clearing, optional three pressure units and other functions. It has the advantage of high degree of intelligence, fast response, high accuracy, EMI performance and others.

Key Specifies

1. Operation key: system key operation, before starting setting parameters ,you must shut down key, otherwise setting can not be operated.

2. Set key: short click this button into the lower pressure setting state, long press 3 seconds into the state system Settings.

3. Add keys: press one time and digital increases 0.01 MP, long press 2 seconds and 0.1 mpa digital increase.

4. Reduce the key: press one time and digital reduces 0.01 mp, long press 2 seconds and 0.1 mpa reduced.

Description Of Key

1. The key of Set ( Set ): Long press for 2 seconds to enter the pressure alarm set point and hysteresis status.

2. The key of Increase ( ▲ ): Press once to increase numbers up, a rapid increase in numbers after long press for 2 seconds.

3. The key of Decrease ( ▼ ): Press once to decrease numbers down, a rapid decrease in numbers after long press for 2 seconds.

Usage

Press SET button for 2 seconds to enter setting interface. It displays the SET. Press Up or Down button, it displays the S AL ( Alarm setting ), S UN ( Unit selection ) and SET ( Exit setting ) cyclically.

1. Set control pressure alarm point

(1) Choose S AL, press SET button, set the two alarm point and hystersis. Now press UP or DOWN button, it displays the AL ( Exit setting ), AL d ( Hystersis set ), AL L ( Second alarm point ), AL H ( First alarm point ) cyclically.

(2) Choose AL, press SET button, exit setting. Choose other items, press SET button, it

displays four figures. Now it enters into the set Status of figures.

(3) When the figures are displayed, the flashing one is current changing figures. It can shift and change the figures through the UP or DOWN button. The SET button is the confirm button.

(4) After finish the setting, press SET button twice continuously, it can exit the setting and save the settings.

After moving around the place, press SET button first to confirm, than you can modify the data. After finish the changing, press SET button again, you can choose other place.

If enter into the setting item for seconds without any operation, it will exit the setting status automatically.

For example: If the function is to disconnect the relays when the pressure rises to 10Bar, and to close the relays when the pressure falls to 4Bar, it can use the first relay to control setting, AL H:10, A Ld:6; If use the second relay to control setting, AL L:4, ALd:6.

2. Set the displayed pressure units

Choose S UN, press SET button, UN will displayed on this. Now it enters into the setting of units changing, under this status, press UP or DOWN button, it will display the changing units cyclically. Than press SET button again, it will change the selected units, and it will exit the setting status. ( Note: Because of the displaying of the figure, the large range of pressure cannot be changed into KPa or PSI.)

System Function Mode

1. Restore the factory settings function

If during the usage, the original system parameters are modified by mis-operation, and make the product cannot be operate normally or has a big error, you can use the restore the factory settings function.

The using method: Discontinue the power of pressure switch, than long press SET button and connect the power, it will restore the factory setting.

2. A key to reset function

Because mounting stresses or long-term fatigue use make the pressure switch zero drift, you can use the reset function by one key to restore zero.

The using method: Connect power, and cannot press the pressure into the pressure switch, long press for 5 seconds, it can zero clear immediately.

When it is zero clearing, do not press the pressure into the pressure switch, otherwise it cannot zero clear.

3. System parameter setting

This pressure switch has a full system function, generally customer do not need to set other functions and parameters. If you enter into the setting item with the mistake, you can not press any button, wait for 2 seconds to exit the system setting.
