• Heat stabilizer is one of the most important component in the formula of PVC. And rare-earth/Ca/Zn based compound stabilizer is becoming more and more popular because it’s no lead containing and environmental friendly.
• It’s combined by Organic compounds of Ca/Zn, hydrotalcite, rare earth, internal lubricant, external lubricants, high-efficient synergist, etc.
• It can be used in the production of all kinds of PVC products.

• Without lead, non-toxic, environmental friendly. Can substitute lead-based compound stabilizer.
• Good thermal stability & weatherability. Anti-severe sunlight, anti-sulphide pollution. With better initial whiteness. Make the finished product more suitable in outdoor using.

Scope of application:

In this compound stabilizer series (WWP), we developed 7 items for different products. Details as follow:

S ested dosage: It’s used according to actual situation. Different technic or production cost needs different dosage. But normally add 2-6 PHR in each 100 PHR PVC resin.

Package: Packed in multi-layer composites bag. 20~25kg/bag
