It’s a surface treatment of a wide range of inorganic powders. Our WOT series were awarded the first grade prize for science and technology progress of China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Association.

Advantages & Features

• Greatly improve the hydrophobicity and dispersion of inorganic powder in polymer matrix like polyolefin, nylon, etc, enhance the binding force between inorganic powder and matrix resin, resulting in physical mechanical properties’ improvement of polymer composites, especially the anti-impact property.
• Improve the rheological property of inorganic powder; make product’s surface glossier and brighter.
• Change the Crystal structure of PP and improve it’s physical mechanical properties especially the anti-impact properties & thermal properties.

Scope of application

Wildly used in dealing with the inorganic power like CaCO3, calcium silicate, barium sulfate, montmorillonoid, magnesium hydroxide, aluminum hydroxide, mica, talc, etc.

Usage: Mix the inorganic filler first and add 1~3 PHR WOT when the temperature high up to 80~90 ℃. Keep mixing and not add other auxiliary agents till the temperature up to 115 ℃.
