PE Wax

 Description:

It’s odorless, non-toxic; stable in chemical properties, with high soften point, good melt fluidity and dispersion properties. In the production of rigid products, when it is used as external lubricant together with other fatty acid as internal lubricant,  good synergistic effect will occurs. It could make stabilizers well coordinating together like metal soaps, lead, organic tin, rare earth, etc. It can improve the dispersion of the filler or pigment and fluidity of melt in polymer blending system and color master match.

Advantages & Features

• Used as a dispersant agent and lubricant in the processing of color master batch. Improve the processability and product’s surface glossiness.
• Used in the production of high class thermal stabilizer. Act as an external lubricant in the process of PVC profile, tube and moulding, endowing products with smooth surface and high product qualified rate.
• Used as a lubricant in cable insulting materials, enhance the spread of filler, improve the extrusion rate, increase the mould flow, make demoulding conveniently.
• Used as a dispersant in printing oil and oil paint, make the presswork glossy and tridimensional. Can be used in the production of all kinds of hot melt adhesive.
• Wildly used in many wax-related products like floor wax, car wax, polish wax, candle. Higher the soften point, enhance product’s strength and surface gloss.

We developed 3 items for PE wax.

S ested dosage:

It’s used according to actual situation. Different technic or production cost needs different dosage. But normally add 0.1~1 PHR in each 100 PHR PVC resin.
