Description:
This product is made up of emulsified epoxy resin \ additives and hard padding. It has a micro-expansion \ fluidity \ good intensity \ flexibility \ erosion resistance .The product has a great adhesion with various medium base and it can be used in moisture base.
Features:
1. Easy to use: The material \ construction tools \ concrete base do not need to warm up in normal condition (20℃\68℉ \ 70 % Humidity).
2. Excellent Flexibility: Excellent Flexibility & Impact Resistance, resistance to deformation.
3. Excellent matching with concrete: performance of ageing resistance & anti-carbonation. The coat will deform with the concrete synchronously. Avoid the coat break away from the concrete, due to the interface stress.
4. Dry interface \ wet interface \ low temperature condition etc is available.
5. Strong Adhesion : can be used in moisture base ,and a good adhesion for concrete \ ceramic tile\ glass \ steel plate and various smooth base ; excellent waterproof \ anti-leakage & acid-resistant.
1. It can be use in Anti- Impact abrasion\ Anti- gas etching \ Anti-freeze & thawing of the flow surface of hydraulic concrete construction, and the repairing after damaged.

How to use
1st. surface preparation:
1. Concrete must be structurally sound and must not contain any accelerators or curing compounds.
2. Remove all oil, grease, chemicals or other contaminants.
3. Remove all surface laitance and expose sound concrete. Abrasive blasting is preferred. However, other methods, such as acid etching and neutralizing, may be used.
4. Handle all expansion joints, control joints, floor drains, equipment base plates and mid-floor termination points according to construction details.
2nd. Mixing:
1. check the package\ specification \type \ manufacture date, make sure the product still within the warranty day.
2. Open the package, make sure no breakage \ exposed to moisture \ agglomeration with the part A\ part B\ part C . the proportion of part A:part B:part C = 1:3:16
3. Mix part A: part B =1:3 even, and then add part C slowly during mixing until to mix even.
3rd. construction
1. Following the requirement of the construction, spread the mixed material on the part which needs to be repaired with the spatula, compact and smoothing at the same time. It can be use after 3-14 days.
2. Reference Dosage : 2000 kg/ m³。
Attention:
1. The mixed material should be used up within 45 min, and mixing-uneven orinitial set mortar is prohibited .
2. Long placement of Part A and Part B could appear slight layer phenomenon，so it is better to stir evenly before use.
