How to use
1st. surface preparation:
2. Remove all oil, grease, chemicals or other contaminants.
3. Remove all surface laitance and expose sound concrete. Abrasive blasting is preferred. However, other methods, such as acid etching and neutralizing, may be used.
4. Handle all expansion joints, control joints, floor drains, equipment base plates and mid-floor termination points according to construction details.
2nd.Mould board installation:
Mould board installation should be firmed and enclosing the build receive part (Make s estions use 901 fast pl ing agent or YJS-400 sealing bond glue) .Mould inside should daub grease, wax or paste PVC tape.
3rd.temperature requirements:
In order to achieve the best condition, you should warm up the material to 15-25℃\ 59-77℉. The construction & curing temperature should becontrolled in 5-32℃\41-90℉.( 20℃\68℉ is better ).

1. Grouting should from one side to another. Don’t knock down during grouting to make sure no air inside. Grouting shall be done continuously and finished as soon as possible. After grouting, knock the substrate of the equipment with a hammer. If it sounds like “ding-ding” that grouting layer is close-grained and like rub-a-dub that grouting layer is unfilled enough.
2.If the grouting radius ≥1.5m , it should use elevated grouting and apply the theory of gravity head grouting.
3.The thickness of each grouting should be controlled between 25mm and 350mm. Grouting section ≥ 1.8m×1.8m.it should divide section to grout and set slot of stretch places . The depth of hole grouting could reach 1500mm.

1. The allocated mixing material should be used up within 45min, and mixing-uneven or initial set mortar is prohibited.
2. Long placement of part A and part B could appear slight layer phenomenon, so it is better to stir evenly before use.

1. Part A:5±0.25kg/bucket,6 months from manufacture date stored in dry\cool place(≥5℃\41℉)\non-sunlight exposure with original package sealed, and general freight transport is allowed.
2. Part B:15±0.25kg/bucket,6 months from manufacture date stored in dry\cool place(≥5℃\41℉)\non-sunlight exposure with original package sealed, and general freight transport is allowed.
