【APPLICATION】

● FM-ASW Series High Fi Weighing filling machine, the principle is that setting weight under control of PLC program of weighing load cell platform. It owns high accuracy & technology, it’s a new type machine integrating mechanism, electricity and instrument. It changed un-measurable defect of traditional flow meter type filling accuracy for high viscosity liquid. It’s the ideal equipment that combine weighing and filling after civilized production and nationally stipulated elimination of level scales. Net filling each time. This weighing filling machine is suitable for various liquid with viscous、non-viscous、corrosive、non-corrosive、non-foaming liquid.

Manually put bucket on conveyor-Conveying automatically-Automatic weigh filling-Automatic lids dropping feeding (Automatic lid sucking putting can be optional)- Automatic lids pressing(Automatic roller type pressing can be optional)-Automatic Labeling (optional)-Automatic conveying (optional).

      fluorine rubber (wear resistance, strong acid, strong corrosive).

Provide suitable seals according to different temperature or

viscosity of different liquid material.

● Above is standard data, different product working status/environment/material viscosity/bucket shape may effect above data.

● Auto lids feeding equipment contains sliding type and sucking type, should be designed &

  produced according to High Fi company customer’s actual bucket & lids samples. 

● Whole conveying line width scan be designed based on actual bucket sample size, conveyor

   length can be DIY designed according to High Fi company customer’s actual workshop

   requirement.
