【APPLICATION】

It is flexible, durable and works with most containers and caps including flat caps, sport caps, metal lids and many others. It’s built on a heavy duty, tight welded, stainless steel frame with anodized aluminum plate construction to provide durability in almost any packaging environment. The modular design lets you start with just a cap tightener and easily add capabilities when you need them.

Hyaline PC cover position adjustment(As picture 1 below)

The distance between the inner side of hyaline PC cover and the convey chain shall 2-6mm more than the height of the caps.

2. Oblique bar adjustment(As picture 2 below)

The distance between the oblique bar and the elevate bar is 1-3mm. The ideal status is there is no rubs between the oblique bar and elevate bar while operation.
