Hongtu wrought Iron doors have 50mm think door panels and 2.5mm-3mm frames providing a stronger, safer door. The wrought iron doors are sprayed zinc and painted with acrylic for weather resistant at least 10 years. The threshold are apart of our 4-sided frame providing extra protection from water infiltration. They are galvanized, hammered and welded. There are weatherstripping seals installed on all sides of the doors for water tight. All of Hongtu wrought iron doors are hand-forged by well trained and experienced craftsmen. The doors are injected with a polyurethane foam.The foam expands to fill all of the air space inside of the doors. Hongtu wrought iron doors have two layers.
