1.Hongtu iron doors are made of premium quality materials: Q235 steels.
2.Iron doors have 50mm thick door panels and 2.5mm-3mm frames providing stronger, safer doors.
3. The iron doors are sprayed zinc and painted with acrylic for weather resistant at least for 10 years.
4.The threshold is apart of our 4-sided frame providing extra protection from water infiltration. There are weather-stripping seals installed on all sides of the doors for water tight.
5. The doors are injected with polyurethane foam. The foam expands to fill all of the air space inside of the doors.
6.Hongtu iron doors have two layers. The heavy iron work is on the outside and the second layer is safe tempered glasses which can be open independently from iron work in order to clean more conveniently and secure.
