EC21C Additive Masterbatch
EC21C use excellent micron CaCO3 powder, produced by special processing techniques. Adding this masterbatch in LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE film blowing application, it can improve film's extrusion efficiency and increase film or mold's physical properties. EC21C also has perfect dispersivity.

Usage:
EC21Ccan be used to make PE heavy bag, PE liquid packaging film, sanitary products bag, agricultural film, PE handbag, inside bag, high quality vest PE bag, PE garbage bag. The film which add EC21C can compound BOPP, BOPA and BOPET, have no influence on compound strength and heat-sealing strength.
Recommended Addition Ratio:
The addition rate of EC21C is about 5%～30%.
1) In multi-layer extrusion film: we s est to add 15%～20% in core layer;
2) under gloss demand, we s est to add within 5% in surface layer and inside layer.
Optimal addition rate will be confirmed by trials.
Package, Transportations and Storage:
1) PE heavy-duty bag, 25kg / bag.
2) Transportations according to non-dangerous goods. Note to avoid moisture, insolation and breakage.
3) The product is sensitive to moisture. No problem to store in original packing bags. Make sure to use the product immediately after open the packing bags. If it has moisture problem, Dry it by hot air recycle machine under 90℃ for 30 minutes.
