EC11C Additive Masterbatch
For blow film & blowmolding
EC11C compound LLDPE carrier resin, use excellent sub-micron grade CaCO3 powder, produced by special processing techniques. Use EC11C in LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE blow film or HDPE blowmolding or PP injection molding. It can improve machine's extrusion efficiency and increase film & mold's physical properties.
EC11C also has perfect dispersion.

Usage:
EC11C can be used to make PE heavy bags, PE liquid packaging film, sanitary products bags, agricultural film, PE handbag, inside bag, high quality vest PE bag, PE garbage bag. The PE film which add EC11C can compound BOPP, BOPA and BOPET, it has no influence on compound strength and heat-sealing strength.
Use EC11C to blow molding, it can increase containers' ESCR property, get better dimension stability.
Use EC11C in Injection molding, it can improve low temperature impact resistance strength, get better dimension stability.
Recommended Addition Ratio:
The addition rate of EC11C within 5%~35%.
1) In multi-layer extrusion film, add 15%~20% in core layer;
2) Under gloss demand, add within 5% in surface layer and inside layer.
Optimal addition rate will be confirmed by trials.
