Brief introduction

1. Solid tire  vulcanizing press machine  is  frame  structure , including the  main machine  , hydraulic station ,   electric controlling cabinet 

2. Main machine is composed by base, plunger piston, platform, beam, automatic mold pushing-out device and compulsory mold opening device

3.   The daylights can equiped with moulds having different widths and profiles

4. This solid  tyre machine is mainly used for building solid tyres. Both sides can operate separately. The main unit is frame structure. The pressing structure is down-pressing type. Motorcycle,bicycle tyres, radial tyres vulcanizing machines are also supplied.

1. Press frame : made out of steel Q-235
2. Capacity : from 100 ton - 5000 ton
3. Cylinder  : Cylinders made out of Solid Steel Forging material.
4. Pressure ring : gunmetal ring
5. Oil seal  : Chevron packing oil seal
6. Mould  :Made out of M.S. Prime Plate Tested material, accurately machined finished and Hard Chrome Plated. Moulds are hydraulically pressure tested to ensure no leakage.
