Container:
Classified into blending bin and transfer bin.
Made of SS 304/316L.
Round corners, no deadzone or residue.
Inner surface roughness: Ra<0.2um, outer surface: Ra<0.4um.
Bin cover is provided with silicone seal.
Special butterfly valve. Equipped with antimisoperation device.
Special trolley wheels equipped to protect self leveling floor.

Blender:
Classified into five categories: double-arm lift bin blender, double-arm fixed bin blender, column lift bin blender, single arm lift bin blender and single arm fixed bin blender.
Made of stainless steel.
PLC controlled.
Good structure design, stable and reliable performance, convenient for operation.
Can hold blending bins of various sizes and volumes.
Free of deadzone and concaveconvex surfaces. No exposed screws.
Blending uniformity up to 99%. Loading coefficient is 50 to 80%.
Effectively avoid dust generation and cross contamination. Thoroughly resolve material loss and material layering problem.

Lifting column:
Classified into tumbler and non-tumbler type.
Made of stainless steel.
Exposed parts are free of deadzone and concave-convex surfaces. No exposed screws, easy to clean.
Sealing device functioning when the bin closed. When the bin is tumbled, no dust produced and no material will leak. Effectively controls dust and cross contamination.

Mobile lifter:
Classified into telescopic and non-telescopic type.
Made of stainless steel.
Exposed parts free of deadzone and concave-convex surfaces. No exposed screws, easy to clean.
Sealing device adopted. When the drum tumbled, no dust produced and no material will leak. Effectively controls dust and cross contamination.
