Main features
All components surfaces in contact with the products are made of corrosion resistant stainless steel and fine polishing treatment will be made. Round corner treatment will be adopted for the connecting points. There is no dead leg.
High efficient spraying nozzles will be used for thorough washing;
For the whole machine, both the internal structure and the external visible surfaces can meet the standards for clean room sanitary equipment;
The whole process can be carried out in a fully enclosed way. It is mainly used for the liquid-solid separation of suspension which has a high cleanliness requirement, strict washing requirements and high explosion proof grade;
