Gas-burning type shaft kiln is one of kiln types Chinese metallurgical enterprise manufacture active lime.Features small investment and low manufaturing cost,this type of kiln,adopting blast furnace coalgas with low heating value as fuel which fully utilize enterprise′s afterproduct,can be applied to manufature result,are widely used by medium and small iron and steel plants.
In order to solve the questions,energy waste and easily damage,of lime kiln pulverizing jet and roof caued by material property,our company,combined with Shaogang Songshan I&S Co.,Ltd.,developed mullite precast unit for gas-burning lime kiln.
This precast unit boasts following advantages:
Mullite precast unit applied in sleeve type and assembly type pulverizing jiets can protect the head of pulverizing jiet effectively,make the fully mixture of coal gas and air,stabilize burning process,and shorten the burning zone of shaft kiln,which,results in pulverizing jet′s good gunning effect,flame′s high penetrating capacity and hot air flow′s uniform distribution,can improve resolbing speed of limestone in burning zone steadily,guarantee working stability and high yield of gas-burning kiln,and enlarge service time of lime liln greatly.
Mullite precast unit applied in kiln roof isolation layer(kiln lid)can make the surface temperature of kiln roof platform lower 50-80℃,get better sealability,avoid leakage of air and duct and reduce pollution,which provide better working condition for the next working procedure of removing duct and exchanging heat,and protect kiln roof equpments.At present,this kind of products have been used in many iron and steel plants and active lime manufacturing factories,such as Shaoshan I&S,Handan I&S,Liuzhou I&S,Jiangxi Pingxiang Silicon Oxide Co.,Ltd.,Jiangxi Pingxiang Hongyuan Quicklime Co.,Ltd.,Quzhou Weilong Chemical Industry Co.,Ltd.,etc,and received clients′ applauses for products′ good working results.
