I. Product Overview

The mold roller high-pressure spray cleaning machine is an automated cleaning equipment specially designed for medium and large injection molds and die-casting molds. Adopting a heavy-duty roller conveying system, it integrates 360° high-pressure spraying, rotary brushing, cutting and air drying and other functions. Through the combination of high-temperature alkaline cleaning agent and high-pressure water flow, it can quickly remove oil, mold release agent residue and plastic shavings from mold separation surface, mold cavity, thimble hole and other parts. The equipment adopts a closed structure and is equipped with a filtration and circulation system, which can realize the online automatic cleaning of the mold, greatly improve the efficiency of mold maintenance, and ensure the production quality.

II. Main components

1. Body structure

· Adopt square skeleton + 304 stainless steel plate fully closed structure

· The segmented type can open the protective door, which is convenient for mold loading and unloading and equipment maintenance.

· Set up a collection sink and splash-proof baffle at the bottom

2. Conveying system

· Heavy-duty rubber-covered roller set, single-wheel load-bearing 500kg

· Variable frequency motor drive, the speed is 0.5-5m/min adjustable

· V-type guide device to ensure the smooth delivery of the mold

3. Cleaning system

· High-pressure pump group: pressure 100bar, flow rate 120L/min

· Three-dimensional rotating sprinkler pipe: 24 stainless steel nozzles

· Upper and lower cleaning unit: top spray + bottom spray + side spray combination

· Rotating brushing device: nylon/stainless steel brush optional

4. Heating system

· Stainless steel electric heating tube, power 30kW

· PID temperature control system, temperature control accuracy ±2℃

· Insulation layer: 50mm polyurethane foam

5. Filtration system

· Third-level filtration: coarse filter + bag filter + magnetic separator

· Filtration accuracy: 100μm

· Oil-water separation device (optional)

· PLC+10-inch touch screen

· Preset a variety of mold cleaning procedures

· Real-time monitoring of pressure, temperature, flow and other parameters
