· Spraying system: Equipped with a multi-stage stainless steel sprinkler pump and nozzle, high-pressure rinsing and cutting of the workpiece.
4. Drying system:
· Heating method: stainless steel electric heating tube or gas/steam hot air furnace.
· Structure: Built-in centrifugal fan, forming a hot air internal circulation system, equipped with a filter to ensure that clean hot air is blown out. The insulation layer is designed to reduce heat loss.
5. Filtration and circulation system:
· Equipped with bag filters, magnetic separators, etc., it can effectively extend the service life of the cleaning solution and keep the tank liquid clean.
6. Control system:
· Core: PLC (programmable logic controller) + human-machine interface (HMI touch screen).

III. Standard workflow
Loading → ultrasonic cleaning (optional heating) → ultrasonic rinsing → water/hot water spray rinsing → pure water spray rinsing → cutting water (air knife blowing) → hot air drying → cooling → unloading
