Qiantai Chemical Low-Temperature Soaping Detergent‌

Effective in removing hydrolyzed dyes, unfixed dyes, and other impurities adhered to fibers. Delivers outstanding conventional soaping performance while maintaining high efficacy in low-temperature soaping processes. Features excellent foam suppression and foam-breaking properties with minimal foam generation during application. Free from hazardous chemical components such as APEO, ensuring safety and environmental compliance.

■ PRODUCT FEATURES

Designed for soaping processes after reactive dyeing of cotton, viscose, and their blended fabrics.

Removes unfixed dyes during dyeing to enhance color vividness and improve color fastness.

Maintains superior soaping efficiency even under low-temperature soaping conditions.

Low-foaming formulation simplifies processes and ensures compatibility with all machine types.

■ APPLICATION METHOD

Recommended Dosage:‌ 1~2 g/L (adjust according to dyeing depth and fastness requirements)

Standard Process Flow:‌

Dyeing (60°C × 40min) → Drain → Hot rinse (80°C × 20~30min) → Drain →

Soaping (70~80°C × 20~30min) → Drain → Hot rinse (80°C × 20~30min) → Drain →

Neutralization rinse at ambient temperature (20~30min) → In-tank softening (50~60°C × 20min) → Drain → Dewatering & drying

Alternative: Conventional soaping at 95~98°C may also be adopted.

Note: Final process parameters should align with customer’s existing protocols.

■ PRECAUTIONS

Preliminary laboratory testing is required to determine optimal dosage.

Conduct compatibility tests prior to co-application with other finishing agents.

■ STORAGE & PACKAGING

Store in cool, dry, ventilated area protected from direct sunlight and moisture. Shelf life: 6 months.

Packed in polyethylene plastic drums with inner liner; 125 kg/drum.
